About the MAXIFY GX7120X

The MAXIFY GX7120 is Canon's MegaTank all-in-one inkjet — a compact color desktop device with print, copy, scan, and fax, built for home offices and small teams that want a complete MFP with the lowest ink cost. Four refillable pigment ink tanks yield up to 6,000 black or 14,000 color pages per set of bottles, it prints about 24 images per minute in black and 15.5 in color, and a 50-sheet single-pass duplex feeder scans both sides at once.

Pigment inks produce sharp, highlighter-resistant text on plain paper, and the rear tray handles envelopes, labels, greeting cards, and glossy photo stock. Two 250-sheet cassettes and the 100-sheet rear tray hold 600 sheets, with Legal in the lower cassette. Print from Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iOS, and Android with AirPrint, Mopria, or the Canon PRINT app, over Wi-Fi or built-in Ethernet, and scan to PC, email, USB, or folder as multi-page PDF.

The printhead and maintenance cartridge are user-replaceable, PosterArtist is included for signage, and the 45,000-page monthly duty cycle gives it headroom for busy months.

    Four refillable MegaTank reservoirs with keyed, squeeze-free GI-26 bottles that only fit the matching tank. Low cost per print once the included inks are used.

  • Pigment ink that stays put

    A four-color pigment system prints sharp, highlighter-resistant documents at up to 1200 × 600 dpi, about 24 ipm black and 15.5 ipm color, with a first print in about 8 seconds.

  • Single-pass duplex scanning and fax

    A 50-sheet feeder scans both sides at once, about 22 ipm black and 12 ipm color, to PC, email, USB, or folder as multi-page PDF. Super G3 fax with 250-page memory is built in.

  • 600 sheets, three sources

    Two 250-sheet front cassettes plus a 100-sheet rear tray for envelopes, labels, cards, and photo paper. Legal loads in the lower cassette and the feeder.

  • Wi-Fi and Ethernet built in

    Dual-band Wi-Fi with WPA3, wired 100BASE-TX Ethernet, and Hi-Speed USB. AirPrint, Mopria, and Canon PRINT for phones and tablets.

  • 23 watts, 0.15 kWh a week

    ENERGY STAR® certified, with auto power on/off and a quiet mode. A 45,000-page monthly duty cycle for busier stretches.
