About the imageFORCE 1440P

The imageFORCE 1440P is the single-function printer in Canon's 1440 series — a 42-page-per-minute black-and-white A4 desktop printer for small and home offices that need fast, secure output from the lightest unit in the imageFORCE line. It delivers a first print in about 4.9 seconds, wakes from sleep in 4 seconds, and weighs under 22 pounds. Copy, scan, and fax are not available on this model; see the 1440F.

The 1440 series prints at up to 1200 dpi equivalent with a toner formulation built for crisp, consistent output. Print from Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS devices with AirPrint, Mopria, Universal Print, or the Canon PRINT app, or direct from USB memory. Paper capacity starts at 250 sheets and grows to 900 with the optional 550-sheet cassette.

A 5-inch color touchscreen with icon-based navigation keeps settings simple, and documents are held in short-term memory only, so nothing confidential sits on the device. Verify System at Startup and SIEM integration are standard, and imageWARE Enterprise Management Console manages it alongside the rest of a Canon fleet.
