About the imageFORCE 1440F
The imageFORCE 1440F is the multifunction model in Canon's 1440 series — a 42-page-per-minute black-and-white A4 desktop device with print, copy, scan, send, and fax, for small and home offices that want a full MFP without giving up a desk. It delivers a first print in about 4.9 seconds, wakes from sleep in 4 seconds, and scans both sides of a page in a single pass at up to 100 images per minute. The 1440P is the print-only version.
The 1440 series prints at up to 1200 dpi equivalent with a toner formulation built for crisp, consistent output. The single-pass duplex feeder sends searchable PDFs, including PDF/A, to email, folders, USB, or cloud services such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Print from Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS devices with AirPrint, Mopria, Universal Print, or the Canon PRINT app. Paper capacity starts at 250 sheets and grows to 900 with the optional 550-sheet cassette.
A 5-inch color touchscreen with icon-based navigation and the Application Library platform keep daily tasks simple, and documents are held in short-term memory only, so nothing confidential sits on the device. Verify System at Startup, a Send-to-Myself-Only restriction, and SIEM integration are standard.

A 250-sheet cassette and 100-sheet multipurpose tray standard; add the optional 550-sheet Cassette-AH1. Handles envelopes, postcards, labels, and index cards.
